Every package, no matter which tier you choose, begins with a dedicated Postpartum Planning Session before your pēpi arrives, and includes the same foundational layer of traditional, Mother-centred care at every single visit. What changes between packages is how many times I come to you. The manaakitanga never changes. Every visit. Every package. No exceptions.

  • Before your pēpi arrives, we come together for a dedicated one-hour planning wānanga. This is where we get to know each other, explore your intentions for the postpartum period, discuss your whānau dynamics, map out your support network, and build your personalised postpartum care plan together. You will enter your birth feeling resourced, prepared, and held.

  • One traditional body care treatment selected per visit, chosen together based on what your tinana needs most that day: KawaKawa headwraps or Te Rau Aroha Alignment, to restore connection and support healing; Herbal sitz bath preparation using rongoā-inspired herbs; Gentle postpartum massage and body-centred somatic care; Womb warming and grounding practices, Foot bath and Massage

  • One freshly prepared warming main meal (nourishing, hormone-supportive kai); Homemade baking (breads, slices and energy-rich kai to sustain you between visits); Herbal elixirs (custom blended tonics to support milk supply, rest and recovery); Nourishing broths (mineral-rich, gut-healing and deeply restorative).

  • Mauri Check ins in a Held, non-judgmental space for you to be fully seen and heard; Somatic and embodiment check-in woven into every visit; Matrescence awareness and gentle psychoeducation as it unfolds for you;

    Referrals to trusted specialists and whānau services when needed.

  • Light tidying, dishes or picking up groceries and orders and whare care so you can focus on resting and bonding; Pēpi care to give māmā time to sleep, shower or simply breathe; Sibling and whānau integration support;

For the māmā who wants to be truly held through the heart of the fourth trimester. Six visits woven across your first six weeks, a real village experience. Includes 1 x Matrescence coaching session (60 min), personalised wellness plan, 4 weeks of Whats app voice support, and resource library access.

The most comprehensive container - for the wāhine who is ready to be deeply held and fully supported through this Sacred fourth trimester & initiation of Matrescence. This is the village experience in its fullness. Includes 3 x Matrescence coaching sessions, 1 x private Wāhine Circle facilitation for your whānau/hoa, personalised plan, 6 weeks Whatsapp support, and priority booking.

Maddie is based locally in KariKari Peninsula Te Hiku,and loves travelling to support wāhine across the rohe as far as Te Kao to KeriKeri and Whangarei. Travel is $30 per visit flat rate for 45-minute travel — confirmed transparently at booking. Payment plans available. Pōwhiri ki te Māmātanga (Mother Blessing Ceremony) available as an add-on.
